The hotel is located on a beautiful cove with stunning sea views and surrounded by nature. the staff is very friendly and professional, and the food is delicious in all the restaurants. the room is spacious with beautiful decor and very well equipped.
The shower in the bathroom did not drain properly, and the buffet lunch was a bit expensive and too much food for a light lunch.

The exclusive amenities and service at this luxury hotel were truly impressive. the Spa and Wellness Centre was equipped with an outdoor swimming pool, sauna and solarium - all provided perfect areas for relaxation. the beach access, complete with beach umbrellas made the stay even more comfortable. the body scrub and full body massage left me refreshed and rejuvenated.
The makeup services left something to be desired. the pedicure and manicure provided did not meet the high standards expected at a hotel of this calibre.

Enjoyed Christmas stay with great amenities including access to a private beach with crystal-clear water and a well-equipped gym facing the ocean. Food quality was exceptional and diverse. Loved the decor of the rooms and the fact that each had a balcony or terrace with outdoor seating.
Some of the staff seemed uninterested in providing good customer service and were dismissive when dealing with inquiries. The Wi-Fi was unreliable and cut out repeatedly, which was frustrating.
